Are you a patient, resilient professional with experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech & Language needs? Sussex Teachers is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs, helping them thrive in a mainstream setting.

Responsibilities
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, focusing on social and emotional development.
- Build trusting relationships as a “key person” for your pupils.
- Collaborate with teachers and SENDCo to adapt learning materials.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar needs.
- Calm, patient, and adaptable to classroom challenges.
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply) + 2 references.
