Responsibilities:
Accept daily teaching assignments in various Sussex schools.
Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students' academic and personal development.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers.
Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively.
Requirements:
Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recent completion of initial teacher training.
Passion for teaching and supporting students' educational journeys.
Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism and reliability.
Willingness to adhere to school policies and procedures.
