Sussex Teachers is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for flexible teaching opportunities in Worthing and the surrounding West Sussex area. Whether you are looking for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or long-term placements, we offer local teaching work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with weekly PAYE pay of up to £130 per day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and pupil engagement
• Support children's learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
• Adapt confidently to different settings and teaching teams
• Provide clear feedback for class teachers when required
• Uphold safeguarding standards and school policies
