Requirements:

• Flexibility: Be available for daily and short-term supply assignments, adapting seamlessly to changing needs.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for Education: Show genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students’ lives.
• Transport: Have your own transportation or be willing to travel to different school locations within Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas.
